We currently ship to Switzerland, the United States, and Canada.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are:
Switzerland: 3–5 business days
United States: 7–20 business days
Canada: 7–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier availability, destination, customs processing, carrier delays, seasonal order volume, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Switzerland: CHF 7.00 standard shipping. Free shipping on orders over CHF 65.00.
United States: Free Standard Shipping
Canada: Free Standard Shipping
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email, if tracking is available for your order.
Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated otherwise.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
